Policy:
- Check in Time: 1500hrs
- Early arrival or rooms requested prior to check-in time is subject to room availability.
- Luggage room is available for guest to store their luggage If the room is not ready and it is on complimentary
- Check-out time: 1200hrs
- Request for late check-out is subject to room availability
- An additional fee is chargeable for guaranteed late check-out
- There will be no refund if any early departure prior to date agreed at time of check-in
Age Requirement Policies:
- Guest must be at least 18 years old or older with valid identification
Benefits & Privileges of Suites Room:
- Complimentary daily replenished non-alcoholic minibar (only for Suite Room category)
Credit Card Payments:
- Credit card will be authorized by the hotel upon receiving of your booking confirmation for the amount of your stay
- Authorize amount may take up to 30days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges
- The same credit card used must be presented upon check in
Room Deposit:
- Hotel will collect room deposit of RM100 per room per night upon check-in either by cash, credit card or foreign currencies
- Deposits collected by cash will be refunded upon check out by total amount or amount after deducting incidental charges posted in the room bill
- Deposits collected are refundable upon check out according to the mode of placement and required process and period by issuing banks for credit cards
- Debit card is not acceptable for Deposit
Request of extra beds or baby cot:
- Extra person is chargeable from 3 years and above, sofa bed for all the rooms & suites
- Baby cot can only be confirmed upon check-in and subject to availability upon arrival
Special Request:
- Special requests will be attended to on a case-to-case basis subject to availability
Confirmation / Cancellation Policy:
- Any cancellation received within 3 days (72 hours) prior to arrival is subject to full charge
- For a hassle-free holiday, reservations can be secured prior to arrival, either through online bank transfer or by signing our credit card authorization form.
